Regina coaches you through the lens of evidence-based science studies and uses the classical Pilates method of Contrology as a core foundation of your work.
Based on your needs, she incorporates therapeutic components of hatha yoga or other forms of strength and mobility conditioning to round out your practice. She holds certifications from Pilates Technique Inc., Yoga Tune Up®, and the National Academy of Sports Medicine in Certified Personal Training and Corrective Exercise. |
