What is your point of view on physical fitness?
I am a fan of neuroscience. I believe that your physical fitness is directly related to your mental and spiritual fitness. For example, when we are stressed in our mind and spirit, we are stressed in our body, and vice versa.
"Core" strengthening and conditioning in our sessions is understood as a priority. We work with your body as a whole, properly integrating your abdominals, diaphragm, pelvic floor, shoulder girdle, pelvic structure (glutes, of course!) with your limbs. We work on keeping your spine subtle, your breathing efficient and your body well-organized.

What is Pilates?
Pilates is a movement system, originally called “Contrology”, updated by Joseph Pilates that is about developing and deepening your relationship with your body. This optimized relationship allows you to feel better and live your best life, mitigating influence from potential worldly stressors. It optimizes your combined strength and flexibility and works to coordinate your body, mind and spirit to gain overall more balance, connection, control and centeredness. A regular practice will uniformly develop your muscles and prevent injury. It keeps you mentally aware, invigorated and energized. The exercises support lean muscle mass and optimal joint mobility so you can build endurance, stamina, better alignment and diminish negative stress patterns in your body.
