Over the course of eight weeks, we will together design foundational ingredients to create your personal recipe for centering, grounding and flourishing. Together, we’ll explore various cornerstones that impact your overall well-being and mindset, this includes, Life Purpose, Intention Setting, Defining Values, Exploring Various Perspectives and Dimensions of Self, and Understanding Shadows and Sabotagers. This program consists of weekly 45 minute remote one on one meetings for 8 weeks. |
