Are you struggling with how your body is changing? Do you need an outlet and/or emotional support?

Each class features:
- Coaching circle for a safe space to clear emotions, exchange experiences, swap resources, and explore perspectives
- Special drop in guests to offer advice and their expertise on topics including weight training, hormone health, nutrition and others
- Breathwork, Meditation and Yoga Asana Practice
- Journaling prompts for self study and reflection

For anyone on a journey pre-post menopause. Whether you are looking to ground, focus or enliven, all are welcome to connect.
